Job Description
Responsible for HR administrative support at site, including employment, pre-employment processes, applicant tracking, personnel change notifications and payroll.
Under general supervision, prepares and inputs payroll information into the computerized payroll systems. Meets deadlines and maintains accurate pay records to ensure timely and accurate pay for associates. Functions as a team member within the human resources department and organization, as required, and perform any duty assigned to best serve the company.
Weekly productivity report by gathering hour and productivity information from each department of each division using weekly recap reports, temporary agency hour and wage reports, weekly buyers’ reports, and “Time Card Edit” forms and distribute reports.
Assists in preparing biweekly payroll.Answers questions from employees and supervisors regarding payroll matters.
Coordinates and processes any irregular payments (e.g., sales draws, bonus payments, etc.).
Conduct New Hire Orientation. Maintain personnel records. Submit personnel changes for pay rates, job titles, codes, locations, tracking of employees on leaves of absences.
Other duties may include, but are not limited to: maintains records on vacation, sick leave, etc., assists with governmental reporting / compliance, assists with garnishment communications to employees, and reports, maintains and enters new account data into the commission system.
