Project Role : Application Support Engineer Project Role Description : Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development for HANA Good to have skills : NA Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will engage in a variety of tasks that involve identifying and resolving issues within critical business systems. Your day will typically include collaborating with team members to analyze system performance, troubleshooting software problems, and implementing solutions to enhance system functionality. You will also be responsible for monitoring system operations and ensuring that all components work seamlessly together, contributing to the overall efficiency of business processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of system processes and procedures to ensure knowledge sharing within the team. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application support. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong understanding of software debugging techniques and methodologies. - Experience with performance tuning and optimization of SAP applications. - Familiarity with database management and data modeling concepts. - Ability to work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
