The Credit Card Analyst Principal supports the AEP Corporate Credit Card program by managing daily program operations, strengthening controls, resolving complex card and security issues, and partnering with internal stakeholders and banking partners to improve service, compliance, and program performance. What You'll Do:
Administer the AEP Corporate Credit Card program, including cardholder support, account maintenance, transaction issues, and service continuity.
Manage relationships with banking partners and the card network to improve program service, controls, and performance.
Analyze credit card spend and transaction data to identify savings opportunities, buying leverage, policy exceptions, and process improvements.
Resolve confidential card-related issues, including fraud, compromised accounts, disputes, misuse, and lost or stolen cards.
Maintain program documentation, business cases, communication plans, continuity plans, and change management materials.
Support outages, emergency restoration, and other business continuity needs to ensure uninterrupted access to credit card services.
Identify complex program issues, lead practical remediations, and collaborate across teams to support timely, balanced decision-making.
Evaluate systems and processes for effectiveness, efficiency, controls, data quality, and user experience.
Develop and implement recommendations that improve program operations, reporting, controls, and stakeholder support.
Lead project activities and facilitate meetings with clear objectives, action items, and accountability.
Prepare clear reports, presentations, training materials, and leadership updates related to program performance and initiatives.
Serve as a subject matter expert and partner with Legal, Risk Management, Audit Services, business units, and other stakeholders to ensure program compliance.
What We're Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, supply chain, or a related field required.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in program management, finance, supply chain, or related field; Experience in utility, manufacturing, or construction industries preferred.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working with financial systems and payment platforms.
Ability to influence and drive results in a matrixed organization.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMP, or purchasing certifications) preferred.

What You'll Get:
Expected Salary Range: $100,000.00-$110,000.00 (USD)
