Job Description

Overview Responsible for clerical support, ordering processing and coordinates detailed reports. Responsibilities Responsible for answering employee and vendor telephone orders and inquiries. Responsible for inventory control tracking. Maintaining the purchasing cycle by using purchase orders, requisitions and invoices. Reconcile invoices and receiving tickets. Prepare purchase orders or bid requests. Negotiates with vendors to procure the best price and the best delivery method. Review bid proposals and negotiate contracts within budgetary limitations and scope of authority. Ensure the safety and security of company information. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED equivalent. One-year clerical experience. College prep courses preferred. Computer experience preferred (Word, Excel, Outlook, Oracle or similar purchasing software) Ability to deliver a service level which creates an atmosphere that makes our guests want to return, giving each guest a positive, memorable experience. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Display strong work ethic and teamwork. Pay Range USD $16.00 - USD $17.00 /Hr. Tipped Position This position does not earn tips
