Job Description
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree of above, majoring in Medical, Technical Bio-medical, or related field.
- Over 5 years working experiences in medical equipment industry, preferably in IVD and/or Imaging Systems.
- Excellent communication skills and high efficiency.
- Required skills: Sales.
- Experienced in managing distribution networks.
- Advanced English speaking and writing skills.
- Proficient at Microsoft Office software and internal sales management system, preferably experienced in SAP operation.
- Domicile: Jakarta
Responsibilities:
- Deliver a minimum Annual Sales Target in the specified customer’s segment in each region.
- Develop and manage distributors in regards with AKD product sales and marketing activities.
- Set up and consolidate sales network with sufficient coverage over the Territory.
- Coordinate with internal sales & marketing team to explore new opportunities for local product and manufacture partners.
- Collaborate with local manufacture partners to propose Local Content (TKDN) certification.
- Collect orders from distributors in the Territory according to the distributors’ purchase schedule listed in the agreement and / or their monthly forecast.
- Identify key customers in the Territory and engage in all parts of sales cycle.
