Job Description
- Participate in on-site activities, collaborating with residents, property owners, and contractors.
- Monitor construction progress, adherence to plans, and compliance with specifications.
- Keep detailed records of project quantities, daily reports, and changes.
- Maintain accurate redline or as-built drawings to document project modifications.
- Monitor work to prevent construction defects.
- Ensure that the project meets quality standards and specifications.
- Facilitate effective communication between project stakeholders, including owners, engineers, and contractors.
- Coordinate information flow to keep all parties informed.
- Travel as needed to project sites. Travel may involve extended stays away from your home location during the week.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- OSHA 10, CPR, and first aid certifications are highly desirable.
- Experience as a treatment plant operator and certifications (Class 3 and up) in water treatment plants is advantageous.
