
Marketing Trainee
Job Description
The Marketing Trainee supports the Marketing and Communications Department in enhancing brand visibility, guest engagement, and positioning of the luxury hotel in local and international markets.
This role provides hands-on experience in luxury hospitality marketing, including digital marketing, brand communications, social media management, partnerships, and promotional campaigns, ensuring all activities reflect the hotel’s premium brand standards and storytelling excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the execution of marketing and communication strategies aligned with luxury brand positioning.
- Support content creation for social media platforms, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate photo shoots, video productions, and influencer collaborations while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor social media channels and support community engagement in line with luxury service tone of voice.
- Assist in planning and promoting hotel events, seasonal campaigns, and special experiences.
- Support PR activities, media relations, and press coverage tracking.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis within the luxury hospitality segment.
- Help maintain brand standards across all marketing materials and guest touchpoints.
- Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing marketing reports and analytics.
- Collaborate with departments such as Rooms, F&B, Spa, and Events to promote hotel offerings.
- Bachelor’s degree (or currently studying) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Strong interest in luxury hospitality, lifestyle, or premium brands.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook).
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and content strategy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools are a plus.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Additional languages are highly valued.
