Job Description:

Job Summary:

The Lead Recruiter will strategically lead and effectively manage the candidate funnel, filled by the recruiting team, for roles. The lead will send select qualified candidates to hiring managers and ensure proper follow-up and recruitment/interview actions are taken. This role will coordinate across teams and with key stakeholders to ensure best practices are maintained and escalate for any necessary adjustments to be made.

Essential Responsibilities

  • Successfully understand hiring requirements across positions in order to properly funnel qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Receive, review and submit qualified candidates to managers.

  • Track submitted candidates and coordinate necessary follow-up to ensure timely results.

  • Provide necessary reporting to management to be able to review and take action to both drive and support optimal recruiting efforts.

  • Effectively communicate with recruiters and management to ensure efficient flow and clear expectations.

  • Support the offer and onboarding process for new hires.

  • At times may perform recruitment to supplement team as needed.

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • 3+ years of high-volume recruiting experience
  • Excel at planning and organizing
  • Strong communication skills with ability to exhibit critical skill of relationship building and partnering with all levels of management.
  • Must have experience managing the full life cycle recruitment process in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record prioritizing, managing time well, and working closely with leadership to quickly address staffing needs.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, compensation tools and resume databases.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel in order to build and maintain reporting for management
  • Must be knowledgeable with internet recruiting techniques.
  • Outstanding follow-up skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to multi-task in busy, fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree; degree in human resources or a closely related-field a plus.

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
