Senior Project Manager, Digital Health / Analytics / Integration @ CGI

Position Description:We are seeking experienced healthcare IM/IT Project Manager to lead digital health, analytics, reporting, integration, or clinical system initiatives through the full delivery lifecycle, including governance, planning, risk, RAID, testing, stakeholder management, and Agile delivery.Your future duties and responsibilities:Managing the day-to-day relationship with the client and key project executives and stakeholdersDevelop project and solution design concepts and approachesDevelopment of project proposals, project charters, and project management plansManaging the time and effort of the project teamEnsuring proper change, scope, risk, and expectation management are appliedReporting accurate project financial and profitability figuresHolding regular status meeting with team and clients and providing regular status reportingPlaying a lead role in the development of business requirements documentationPrepare and present senior client executivesEnsure appropriate project management processes and tools are used to effectively manage the project with the clientPerform project status updates with clients and internal CGI teamsWork with the Director of Consulting Services for Health and Life Sciences to identify new opportunities to serve the client
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:Degree in Health Informatics, IT, Business Administration, or equivalent experience5+ years of project management experience in IM/IT or digital healthStrong healthcare sector experience, ideally in Canadian healthcareExperience managing large healthcare technology projects, integrations, analytics, reporting, or data initiativesExperience with project governance, scheduling, risk management, RAID management, testing, and reportingExperience leading Agile teams or working in Agile delivery environmentsKnowledge of healthcare integrations such as HL7, FHIR, or related standards is an assetPMP, CAPM, PMI-ACP, PSM, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferredSkills:Project Management
