Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Park Highlands. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for completing essential tasks related to property upkeep and ensuring adequate repair and maintenance of the physical assets. This role is critical in maintaining the safety, functionality, and appearance of the property.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems and equipment.
• Identify and repair issues related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and other building systems.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed for specialized repairs.
• Assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property.

Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of property maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Relevant certifications or technical training preferred.
