Longford Processing - General Role

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity for skilled and unskilled knife hands, slicers, boners & labourers currently exists at our Longford plant. This is a 5 day operation with around 350 employees. The vacant positions are for full time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Ability to work within a team environment
• Good communication skills on all levels is essential
• Demonstrate integrity and professional attitude to work
• Adherence and commitment to availability as per scheduled working hours
• Demonstrated ability to adhere to Workplace Health and Safety and Quality Assurance procedures

Criteria:

• Self- driven and motivated
• Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Must have full working rights
• Own reliable transport to and from work
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Previous knife experience desirable but not essential
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment medical and physical examinations
