Job Description Summary:

Solution Architect (SAP BW/BI).  Lindt & Sprüngli (North America) Inc.  Stratham, New Hampshire.  Responsible for leading SAP BW/BI analytics solution implementations and product adoptions and driving the analytics strategy for across the organization. Analyze, design, develop, and support initiatives to deliver SAP BW/BI solutions, enabling end-user reporting capabilities as well as advanced reporting development and data analysis by power users and business intelligence analysts. Assess business needs and deliver solutions, fully leveraging and applying SAP product capabilities. Act as the primary liaison for functional departments, providing clear direction and accountability to ensure the delivery of analytics solutions that drive business success. Lead hands-on development and implementation of BW/BI solutions for complex business units, including retail store operations, product distribution and supply chain, and financials. Define KPIs and develop reports and dashboards to track business performance. Define technical and functional standards and ensure delivered work meets technical, functional, performance, and business requirements, adhering to best practices. Provide daily operational support for application and BI infrastructure, including platform support, monitoring, capacity and utilization management, application security, end-user support, training and documentation. Develop and document technical architecture, system design, and other technical aspects of the implementation. Execute and lead testing process (unit and integration testing). Provide platform support, monitoring, capacity and utilization management, application security, end-user support, training, and documentation. Aid in the management of third-party vendors, ensuring alignment with project objectives and adherence to quality standards. Work from home available within normal commuting distance to Stratham, NH office. Travel to other Lindt & Sprüngli locations within the United States (Kansas City, MO, San Leandro, CA, and Stratham, NH) and Canada up to 20% of time. Requires: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related degree. 8 years of experience in any IT position to include data warehousing and business intelligence. Demonstrated experience in business requirements analysis, application design, development, testing, implementation and maintenance. Demonstrated experience with BW/4HANA and SAP BI tools (Analysis for Office, Business Objects). Demonstrated familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, or SAP BTP.
