Das erwartet dich:

• Einholung von Lieferantendaten zu komponentenbezogenen CO₂-Emissionen mithilfe offizieller Standardvorlagen.

• Übertragung der Lieferantenrückmeldungen in die interne Konsolidierungsliste sowie Zuordnung zu den relevanten Gesellschaftseinheiten.

• Durchführung grundlegender Plausibilitätsprüfungen (Vollständigkeit, Konsistenz der Einheiten sowie Vergleich mit historischen Werten).

• Dokumentation von Rückfragen sowie Nachverfolgung bei Lieferanten zur Vervollständigung der Daten.

• Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung der CBAM-Jahresmeldung.

Das bringst du mit:

• Erste praktische Erfahrung in der Datenerhebung, Datenvalidierung oder im Reporting – idealerweise im Bereich CO₂-Emissionen, Supply-Chain-Daten oder regulatorischer Meldevorlagen.

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Excel (Pivot-Tabellen, Filter, grundlegende Formeln sowie SVERWEIS/XVERWEIS oder vergleichbare Funktionen).

• Erfahrung mit Datenbanken oder BI-Tools (z. B. Power BI) ist von Vorteil.

• Gutes Kommunikationsvermögen in Wort und Schrift, auch in englischer Sprache.
