We’re looking for a warm, organised and guest-focused Spa Receptionist to join our team on a permanent basis. As the first point of contact for our spa, you will set the tone for a relaxing and memorable experience—creating a calm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment each guest arrives.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about wellness, hospitality, and delivering exceptional service. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of the spa, coordinating appointments, supporting therapists, and exceeding guest expectations at every touchpoint.
What you will do
Deliver a friendly, professional, and personalised welcome to every guest, creating a lasting first impression
Manage spa bookings, appointments, and availability, ensuring a seamless and efficient scheduling experience
Provide expert knowledge of spa treatments, facilities, and products, confidently recommending services to enhance the guest journey
Handle all guest enquiries across phone, email, and in person with professionalism and attention to detail
Ensure the reception, relaxation, and waiting areas reflect the calm and high standards of the spa environment
Process payments accurately, manage daily cash handling, and maintain booking records
Work closely with therapists and spa colleagues to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery
Proactively promote spa treatments, packages, and retail products to drive revenue and enhance guest satisfaction
Anticipate guest needs, resolve any concerns promptly, and go above and beyond to create memorable experiences
Maintain the highest levels of health, safety, and hygiene compliance at all times.
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in a spa, reception, or hospitality environment is preferred, but not essential – we provide full training
A genuine passion for customer service, wellbeing, and creating exceptional guest experiences
A positive, calm, and professional approach, even in a busy environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
A high level of attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence using booking systems and basic IT platforms
A team-oriented attitude with the ability to also work independently
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
