- Pomáhat HR týmu při náboru nových kolegů – uvidíš, jak celý proces funguje od A do Z
- Podílet se na administrativě (evidence, dokumentace, komunikace)
- Zapojíš se do školení a rozvojových aktivit
- Pomůžeš s organizací firemních akcí a teambuildingů
- Dostaneš se i k dalším HR úkolům podle toho, co se právě řeší
Koho hledáme:
- Studenta/ku vysoké školy, ideálně se zaměřením na HR, psychologii, ekonomii nebo podobné obory
- Někoho, koho HR opravdu zajímá
- Člověka, který umí komunikovat a organizovat si práci
- Někoho, kdo zvládne pracovat samostatně, ale zároveň je týmový hráč
- Znalce MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Někoho, kdo se v angličtině domluví a nezalekne se ji
