Your responsibilities
This is a full-time remote position reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO). You will be responsible for finding and qualifying leads, opening doors with high-level prospects, and identifying new opportunities for business partnerships. You’ll work with our sales and marketing teams to grow revenue.

Your profile
- Retail Media Expertise: Direct experience within the retail or commerce media ecosystem is required.
- Strategic & Executive Access: Proven ability to reach commercial and product leaders. We are looking for someone who can move beyond the media team to access the broader executive suite, specifically Chief Digital Officers and eCommerce leadership.
- Modern Sales Stack: You should be comfortable leveraging a variety of modern sales tools and channels to keep deals moving. Our stack highlights include HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Hublead, but we prioritize candidates who utilize all forms of networking, from industry events to WhatsApp.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical ideas clearly and build trust with senior stakeholders.
- Execution: A self-starter who can hit targets while working independently in a remote environment.
- Location: Primary preference for USA, followed by EMEA.
- Industry: Technology. Retail. Commerce/eCommerce. Sales. B2B.
