Job Description

 

  • Drive profitable sales growth across assigned distribution partners and strategic accounts in the Great Lakes region
  • Identify, develop, and win new business opportunities while protecting and growing existing business
  • Build strong relationships with distributor partners, end users, and key internal stakeholders
  • Use a consultative sales approach to uncover customer needs, address objections, and position Danfoss Power Solutions products and system-based solutions effectively
  • Develop and execute account plans, growth strategies, and pipeline-building activities that support annual sales objectives
  • Partner with channel organizations to coordinate sales initiatives, customer engagement plans, and market development efforts
