Supervisor, Body Modules (Power Supply & Energy Management Software)

This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing a team of Software Application Engineers. The supervisor will oversee the end-to-end software lifecycle for a critical portfolio of power components, including DC-DC Converters, 48V Li-Ion Batteries, 48V Belt Integrated Starter Generators (BiSG), BMS LIN Sensors, and Ultra-Capacitor modules. The role involves driving the technical strategy for Ford's 12V and 48V powernets, managing Tier 1 supplier relationships, and ensuring all systems meet stringent functional safety, cybersecurity, and quality standards.
