Whether you're an experienced technician looking to expand your skill set, take on greater responsibility, or grow your career within a rapidly evolving industry, SWC offers the opportunity to develop professionally while working alongside a supportive and skilled team.   What You'll Do Install nurse call devices and associated system components Route, support, label, and manage low-voltage cabling Troubleshoot nurse call devices, wiring, and communication issues Perform system testing, inspections, and commissioning activities Read blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams Complete project and service documentation Train customers on proper system operation Support service calls and scheduled maintenance activities Participate in scheduled on-call support rotations   Preferred Experience Cable routing and cable management Device installation and troubleshooting Reading blueprints and construction drawings Commercial construction and renovation environments Customer-facing service work Testing and troubleshooting low-voltage systems Independent field work and project execution   What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated technicians who take pride in quality workmanship, enjoy solving complex challenges, and are committed to delivering exceptional results.
