What You'll Do
Install nurse call devices and associated system components
Route, support, label, and manage low-voltage cabling
Troubleshoot nurse call devices, wiring, and communication issues
Perform system testing, inspections, and commissioning activities
Read blueprints, floor plans, and wiring diagrams
Complete project and service documentation
Train customers on proper system operation
Support service calls and scheduled maintenance activities
Participate in scheduled on-call support rotations
Preferred Experience
Cable routing and cable management
Device installation and troubleshooting
Reading blueprints and construction drawings
Commercial construction and renovation environments
Customer-facing service work
Testing and troubleshooting low-voltage systems
Independent field work and project execution

• Structured Cabling• Data Cabling• Low-Voltage Installation• Telecommunications• Network Infrastructure• Security & CCTV Systems• Fire Alarm Systems• Commercial Construction Technology
Preferred qualifications include:
• 3+ years of relevant field experience• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record• Strong communication and customer service skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely in active healthcare and construction environments
