Job Description

About this Position You will be part of the logistics department, playing a key role in supporting Henkel’s core operations What you´ll do Core job responsibility Develop and implement optimized inbound/outbound/import/export/return logistics process and efficiency Hands on management of logistics activities (mainly export operation) Transaction monitoring of SAP movement and error handling Resolve issues related to transportation delays, damages, or customer service inquiries. Cost management of warehouse activities (Purchase order creation and billing) Supplier management of third-party logistics and freight forwarder Analyzed logistics cost and improved operational process Monitor KPIs such as shipping accuracy, lead times, and cost-to-serve, reporting regularly Work with cross functional teams Maintain manual and procedure Leading/participated ad hoc project Key stakeholder Third party logistics supplier Freight forwarder Internal controlling team Off shoring operation team Sales department Marketing department Local/oversea planning
