Designation: Senior Analyst
Key Expectations
- Own execution, timeliness, and quality of analysis and testing activities within assigned projects.
- Deliver high-quality test plans, test cases, and test execution aligned to client and system requirements.
- Apply deep domain and technical expertise to ensure quality-driven outcomes.
- Mentor team members and contribute to capability and capacity building within the team.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

- Strong understanding of US Benefits administration – Health & Welfare domain
- Deep understanding of Files landscape – Vendor, Payroll files, 834, Non-834 files

Role Description
The Senior Analyst – Technology is responsible for the execution, quality, and timely delivery of analysis and testing activities within assigned projects. The role includes requirement analysis, test case design, test planning, system testing, defect analysis, and reporting test results for systems developed by the engineering team.
The role requires deep files and domain expertise, along with strong analytical and interpersonal skills. The Senior Analyst works closely with clients and their vendors, reviews and validates requirements and technical specifications, and ensures test coverage accurately reflects system capabilities and business needs.
The incumbent plays a critical mentoring role—guiding junior analysts, supporting skill development, and contributing to capacity building initiatives. The role also involves identifying process improvements, supporting UAT, and ensuring quality standards are consistently met across deliverables.
Technical & Domain Expertise
JIRA
- Expert in CBA tools, strong database knowledge (CBA)
- UAT support and production validation
- SQL queries for business validation
- Understanding of Health & Welfare services
Education:
- B.Tech (CS / IT / ECE) or MCA – mandatory Experience
- Prior experience with Alight / Aon / Wipro is an added advantage
- Health or Retirement Domain experience preferred
