Virtual Teller

Virtual Tellers are responsible for greeting customers virtually and facilitating a welcoming and customer-focused environment. Duties also include processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced virtual environment as well as maintaining and balancing a cash drawer and an interactive teller machine (“ITM”) while adhering to policies and procedures.
