We’re currently looking for a Human Resource Coordinator to join our team and play a critical part in our daily operations. This dynamic role is responsible for supporting Human Resource operations by assisting with new hire onboarding, recordkeeping, and maintaining employee documentation. This role will also help coordinate employee benefits, handle general inquiries, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

What You’ll Do:
Manage HRIS records, including new hires, terminations, system updates, and training documentation
Provide exceptional customer service to Pomp’s employees by addressing inquiries
Support the development and implementation of company policies and procedures
Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
Suggest and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency
Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations
Compile data and create detailed reports
Perform other duties as assigned by management
What You Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a previous experience is preferred
Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations related to employee data management
Ability to perform data entry tasks using required software to maintain records, spreadsheets, and reports
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong ability to maintain confidentiality of personal and business information
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external customers and co-workers
