Job Description

Sales & Business Advisor Sr  (modern trade) is a senior-level sales role responsible for driving revenue growth by selling products or services to mass merchandising clients, while managing and expanding key customer relationships. The role develops and executes strategic sales plans, identifies new business opportunities, and delivers tailored solutions to meet customer needs. It also involves negotiating contracts, closing deals, and consistently achieving sales and revenue targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

What You Will Do 

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth across modern trade accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail customers, identifying opportunities to expand business and improve category performance.
  • Lead category management initiatives by analyzing shopper behavior, optimizing assortment, shelf space, merchandising, and promotional plans to drive category growth and improve the tire purchasing experience.
  • Develop shopper-centric growth strategies by understanding the customer journey, identifying friction points in the tire purchase process, and collaborating with retailers to create value added solutions that enhance shopper conversion and category performance.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate sell-out initiatives and promotional programs to accelerate demand and improve retail execution.
  • Manage in-store execution through promoter teams, ensuring excellence in product visibility, planogram compliance, promotional activation, shopper engagement, and execution standards across modern trade accounts.
  • Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, sales forecasts, and business recommendations to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with 4 years of experience in consumer marketing.

  • Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets and manage complex sales cycles
  • Strong knowledge of sales processes, customer relationship management tools, and market dynamics
