About the role

As Social Marketing Activation Netherlands, you will be responsible for bringing Vitamin Well and Barebells to life on the local market.

You will lead activations, creator collaborations, partnerships, ambassador initiatives, and community engagement across the Netherlands. From product launches and sampling initiatives to events and creator collaborations, you ensure our brands show up in the right places, with the right people, at the right time.

This is a hands-on role with a strong project leadership element. You will coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage ongoing initiatives, and create activations and experiences that support our social marketing efforts. You will ensure activations, partnerships, and events are designed to create content opportunities and drive audience engagement.

You will work as part of the Benelux Social Marketing team and report directly to the Head of Social Marketing Benelux. The role is based at our Benelux hub in central Amsterdam.

In this role you will

Partnerships, creators and community

  • Build and manage relationships with creators, ambassadors, partners, and relevant communities

  • Identify opportunities that strengthen the visibility and relevance of our brands in the market

  • Negotiate and coordinate creator collaborations, ambassador initiatives, and local partnerships

  • Build and maintain networks across fitness, lifestyle, and relevant communities

Activations and launches

  • Plan and execute events, activations, sampling initiatives, and brand experiences

  • Support product launches through activations, creator collaborations, and community initiatives

  • Ensure our brands show up in the right places and environments

  • Coordinate product seeding and brand send-outs

Project leadership and execution

  • Lead projects from planning through execution and follow-up

  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across multiple ongoing initiatives

  • Manage timelines, logistics, products, materials, and activation requirements

  • Support content productions through creator, location, product, and stakeholder coordination

Social marketing

  • Work closely with Content and Online Community to maximise the impact of activations and partnerships and strengthen our social media presence.

  • Create opportunities for content creation across all three brands

  • Bring local insights, opportunities, and trends into the wider social marketing team

Most importantly, you are someone who takes ownership and gets things done.

To succeed in this role, you likely have
  • 3+ years of experience within activations, partnerships, creator marketing, community building, events, or similar areas

  • Experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and deadlines

  • Experience working with consumer brands, ideally within FMCG, lifestyle, sports, fitness, or entertainment

  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills

  • A structured way of working and the ability to balance multiple priorities

  • A hands-on mindset and willingness to take ownership

  • Fluency in English and Dutch
