Inspection & Testing: Ensure timely testing of RM, PM, intermediates, and finished goods.Calibration & Maintenance: Calibrate instruments and maintain reference samples as per schedule.Customer Complaints: Analyze complaints, identify root cause, and ensure quick response.Audit: Conduct audits as per plan and close gaps within timelines.System Adherence: Follow APQS (QMS, SMS, EMS); raise design changes and improvement suggestions.Improvement: Contribute to PQDCSE (Productivity, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Safety, Environment) initiatives.
