The Payer and Care Delivery Policy (PCDP) team within the Advocacy Division supports ACC members' success in value-based care by providing payment policy expertise, advocating for cardiovascular quality measures, managing private payer relationships, and advancing population health initiatives through strategic work groups and partnerships.
