Admin - Estimating Coordinator

Job Summary The Film/Rental & Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and estimating activities related to the film, rental, and sales division, while supporting customer service, scheduling, and operational needs as directed by the Film/Rental/Sales Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects, rentals, and customer requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of communication and service. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule all film, rental, and sales activities, adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer and operational demands. Communicate frequently with film clients to ensure specialty requests and project needs are met accurately and on time. Prepare TCP plan take-offs and assist with estimating for film, rental, and sales projects. Partner closely with operations teams to ensure customer expectations and project requirements are successfully executed. Assist with ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects and rentals. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally. Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and related records. Support additional tasks and operational needs as assigned by the management team. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, estimating, customer service, or related operational support roles preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams. Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems. Ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams.
