About the role
We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Metro Restyling. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction.

What you'll do
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and meet departmental service level targets
- Deliver a positive, empathetic, and professional customer experience at all times
- Develop and maintain basic product knowledge to better assist customers
- Accurately document customer interactions, transactions, and complaints
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer support
- Perform additional duties as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office
- High school diploma or equivalent
- A genuine passion for helping and advocating for customers
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is strongly preferred.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays (as needed): 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation
- $17.00 – $19.00 USD per hour
- Location: Michigan
