Responsibilities

Related is seeking a dynamic and service-driven Assistant General Manager to support one of the most iconic residential assets in its NYC portfolio Tribeca Tower. This is an exciting opportunity for a polished property management professional who thrives in a fast-paced luxury environment and is passionate about delivering an elevated resident experience. Working alongside building leadership, this individual will play a key role in overseeing daily operations, enhancing resident satisfaction, coordinating high-level building services, and helping drive the overall success of a premier Manhattan community.

 

From managing resident relations and move-ins to supporting operational strategy, vendor partnerships, and financial administration, this role offers broad exposure to luxury residential management within one of the industry’s most recognized organizations.The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to grow within a collaborative, hospitality-focused culture that values leadership, innovation, and operational excellence.

 

Responsibilities include: 

  • Assist with oversight of day-to-day building operations
  • Establish best practices and systems for office operations, policy and procedures
  • Engage third-party vendors and suppliers for appropriate services
  • Assist with all aspects of move-ins for new residents, including future follow-up to ensure positive acclimation to the building
  • Ensure efficient and courteous response to all resident requests, inquiries and concerns
  • Assist in the development and implementation of resident relation activities and events
  • Prepare and process appropriate written communications, i.e., memos, letters, insurance incident reports, etc. 
  • Maintain accurate files for all site administration, including: lease files, operational procedure files, work-order files, etc.
  • Collect and post all resident rent payments and manage accounts receivables
  • Coordinate the filing of legal proceedings in accordance with local ordinances 
  • Additional projects as assigned

 

Compensation: 

 

The anticipated base salary range for this position is listed below. In addition to a competitive base salary, you will be eligible to receive discretionary bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

 

Anticipated base salary range: $75,000 - $85,000

 

Actual base salary within the anticipated range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications, and market factors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 
  • 3+ years of property operations and luxury customer service experience
  • Property management or hospitality experience highly preferred  
  • Ability to navigate financial P and L statements, variance reports and budgets 
  • Yardi or similar software experience preferred  
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
