Now Hiring: Service Technician | Pittsburgh, PA We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Service Technician to join our team at a thriving 370-unit apartment community in Pittsburgh, PA. In this role, you'll partner closely with the onsite Service Manager to maintain our community to the highest standards while creating a positive living experience for our residents. What You'll Do: Troubleshoot and repair maintenance issues including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and carpentry. Maintain the interior and exterior of the community in accordance with company standards, compliance requirements, and applicable laws. Respond promptly and professionally to service requests, delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction. Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents and team members regarding repairs, updates, and maintenance needs.
