Schedule: Full-Time (Flexible Hours & Work Schedule Available)
Compensation: Starting at $56 per hour (DOE)

About the Role
Cypress Ridge Care Center is seeking a passionate and patient‑focused Physical Therapist (PT) to join our in‑house rehab team. Enjoy working in a supportive environment with two beautiful therapy gyms featuring ocean views, and access to a full suite of state‑of‑the‑art equipment, including ACP equipment, OmniVersa, and Omni Virtual Reality.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and mobility assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Provide hands-on therapy using evidence-based techniques and advanced tools
Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety
Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Adhere to all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards
Qualifications
Active Physical Therapist license in the state of [Insert State]
Degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate)
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
