Skilled Fabricators to turn shop drawings into precise, high-quality pipe assemblies. If you can fabricate it, we want to see it. Ideally you will be experienced in carbon steel and/or stainless steel pipe but if you aren’t we can train you
Attention to detail — you’ll read and interpret drawings, fabricate to exact specifications, and maintain top-quality standards in a right-first-time environment

What You'll be Doing
· Take direction from Site Supervisor on work requirements.
· Read and fully understand the pipe fabrication drawings for each project.
· Fabricate and weld pipe sets for various pipe diameters (typically stainless steel ranging from 65mm – 50 mm) from shop drawings.
· Ensure company welding procedures are adhered to and pipe preparation and fit up is carried out to the correct standard.
· Liaise regularly with Quality Control regarding any defects and any non-conformances.
· Complete Cross Training in various welding activities, so cover can be provided when absences occur in the Welding Department.
· Ensure Company H&S Processes followed.
· Ensuring allocated work progresses in a timely manner and in accordance with workload and specifications.
· To operate TIG welding equipment.
· Use precision measurement instruments.
· Use of metal cutting and grinding equipment
· Responsible for highlighting any faults or damage to the machine and its tooling.
· Clean tools, equipment, and work areas
· Set an example to all personnel when on site.
