Job Description

At SOLVO, we are committed to delivering exceptional legal support in bankruptcy matters. We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Case Manager to join our team and take ownership of managing and driving our growing caseload to successful outcomes.
Work Schedule & Modality
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• Modality: Remote
Requirements
• B2/C1 level of English
• Experience as Case Manager, Paralegal or Legal Assistant
• At least 1 year of experience working with US Law Firms
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and monitor bankruptcy case progress, ensuring deadlines, filings, and hearings are handled on time.
• Prepare, organize, and submit required legal documentation in accordance with court requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records within the case management system.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries professionally.
• Coordinate communication between clients, attorneys, courts, and trustees to ensure smooth case progression.
