Predictively performing content that unlocks business growth in unprecedented ways Descripción del puesto We are looking for a Quality Engineer with experience in test automation to support QA process improvement, design and execute test plans (manual and automated), and maintain automated testing solutions. You will work collaboratively with development, product, and operations teams to ensure quality, coverage, and reliable software delivery. Responsabilidades Design and execute manual and automated test cases, prioritizing which ones are candidates for automation to maximize coverage and efficiency. Create and maintain test plans, automation suites, and QA artifacts (test cases, test data, runbooks). Prepare level-of-effort (LOE) estimates and status reports with basic metrics, test results, and relevant risks/priorities. Implement, maintain, and improve automation frameworks (scripts, CI/CD integration, reporting). Proactively identify and communicate quality risks, critical defects, and areas for process improvement. Research and recommend technologies, tools, and strategies for QA automation adoption across projects. Perform root cause analysis on recurring failures and propose preventive mitigations. Collaborate with agile teams (Scrum/Kanban) to define acceptance criteria and test criteria from story inception. Participate in design and requirements reviews to ensure testability and quality from early stages. Share knowledge, mentor junior QA engineers, and lead technical knowledge-transfer sessions Cualificaciones Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Minimum 3 years of QA experience focused on test automation. Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright) and scripting in one of: JavaScript, Java, or Python. Knowledge of test plan design, test case creation, and prioritization for automation. Experience integrating test suites into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar). Familiarity with test management tools (Zephyr, Xray, TestRail, Spira, or similar). Ability to extract metrics and produce clear status reports; strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Assertive communication skills and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams. English proficiency at B2 level or higher. Información adicional Why Join Us?
