Expert Program Manager (Contract Configuration Solutions Enablement)

As an Expert Program Manager, you will shape and influence complex, enterprise-wide programs in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments. You’ll operate beyond defined processes, providing consultative leadership and advanced analysis to guide initiatives where scope, ownership, or direction may not be clearly established. Partnering with business, technical, regulatory, and operational stakeholders, you’ll translate competing priorities into clear options and recommendations. You’ll drive alignment across teams, surface risks and dependencies, and help leaders navigate tradeoffs and long-term implications. While you won’t directly manage staff or execute delivery, your role is critical in ensuring clarity, cohesion, and strong decision quality as programs progress from concept through adoption and ongoing performance.
