The Virtual Relationship Manager (VRM) leverages an omni-channel approach to growing advisory relationships through inbound calls, virtual appointments, email requests, proactive outbound outreach and managing online applications from both members and prospective members. As a leader in holistic advice, the VRM proactively engages with members and other line of business partners to meet complex financial needs and broaden their financial relationship with Prospera.
