About the Role
ABA Squad is seeking a passionate BCBA to join our growing team! This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician seeking flexibility, strong support, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with autism and developmental disabilities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior therapists
- Conduct FBAs and ABA assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS)
- Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans and BIPs
- Provide caregiver training and parent support
- Ensure high-quality, ethical ABA service delivery
- Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
Qualifications
- Active BCBA certification in good standing
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience with ABA assessments, behavior reduction, and skill acquisition programs
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
