Design and deliver compelling eLearning experiences—from storyboards to videos, quizzes, and job aids—that make complex topics clear, engaging, and actionable.
Partner closely with subject matter experts to translate business knowledge into learner‑centric programs that measurably improve performance.
Apply instructional design best practices and adult learning theory to create training that accelerates time‑to‑value across the employee and partner lifecycle.
Leverage learning technologies, including the LMS and knowledge management tools, to increase engagement, track outcomes, and continuously improve learning effectiveness.
Use data and learner feedback to refine content, identify training gaps, and evolve learning solutions to the next generation.
Contribute to a culture of continuous learning by experimenting with new approaches—like gamification and modern content formats—to keep learners coming back.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS FOR CREATING A LASTING IMPACT

Abilities: Strong instructional design and content development capabilities grounded in adult learning theory, ADDIE methodology, clear communication, collaboration, time management, and a growth mindset.
Experience: You bring 2+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field, with hands‑on involvement in planning, designing, developing, and delivering both in‑person and virtual training within a corporate environment.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Psychology, Instructional Design, or equivalent practical experience; CPTD certification is a plus.
