Our Path Resort locations are all nestled in the scenic Lakes Region of New Hampshire. Duties and Responsibilities
- Ensure equipment, systems, and facilities are fully operational through preventive maintenance, timely repairs, and adherence to established procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and report recommended improvements
- Preserve the appearance and accessibility of the property by removing debris, clearing snow, painting, and maintaining surrounding grounds
- Respond to special requests, including moving furniture, transporting materials, and preparing rooms for occupancy
- Perform general repairs to guest rooms and common areas
- Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs, ballasts, and electrical fixtures
- Install and repair plumbing systems and related components
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with all safety standards and regulations
- Stay current with industry best practices through training and technical resources
- Contribute to departmental success by taking initiative and supporting additional operational needs
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversee scheduling, direction, coordination, and performance of Maintenance staff
- Provide leadership, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Ensure departmental goals and service standards are consistently met
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience required
- 2–3 years of supervisory experience preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
- Understanding of safety practices and procedures
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
- Strong time management skills with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow directions effectively
- Typical schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, first shift
