About the Role

Provide support to Session Head for driving agency business target through implementation/ execution of marketing/ incentive initiatives and provide sales support to agency forces. Also to support PMDD projects, events and initiatives.

This role contributes to the delivery of customer outcomes that are reliable, thoughtful, and create meaningful impact for customers and society. The role holder is expected to embed a customer first mindset in all decisions and actions by developing a clear understanding of customer needs, taking end to end ownership to resolve issues, and working collaboratively across teams to continuously enhance the customer journey—both directly and indirectly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Business Planning Support

  • Assist the team in preparing materials and supporting activities related to business planning initiatives

  • Support coordination and promotion of key initiatives and events across departments (e.g., ACE, BTDD, ABDD Zone)

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for agency/company events

  • Help compile basic reports and data for agency contests and performance tracking

2. Agency Support

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

  • Assist in handling agency enquiries by coordinating with internal departments

  • Support the team in maintaining accurate records and documentation

  • Provide input on simple process improvements where appropriate

3. Other Responsibilities

  • Perform ad hoc tasks and administrative duties assigned by the supervisor to support daily operations

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • University undergraduate or above

  • Good analytical skills and attentive to details

  • Conversant in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good problem solving, organizing, time management as well as interpersonal and communication skills

  • An enthusiastic and excellent team player who would pursue for excellence

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

  • The incumbent is required to obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities.
