Job Description

We’re looking for people to join the Access family, who share our passion for believing in better, and who will help us continue to grow.

Love Work. Love Life. Be You. - is central to our success and how we give our customers the freedom to do more of what's important to them.

What does Access offer you?

We offer a blended approach to office working, encouraging you to collaborate and connect in one of our thriving offices. We deliver on what we say, taking the development of our people seriously. We’ll work with you to progress your success plan and provide opportunities to accelerate your career.

On top of a competitive salary, our wellbeing days taking you to 25 days leave a year and a health contribution, you’ll also be able to choose from a range of benefits to suit you. We’re an organisation that likes to give back, so you’ll also have three charity days allocated to support a cause that matters to you.

About you:

Own the delivery of learning and capability programmes across KL GOC — facilitating sessions that genuinely land, keeping programmes running smoothly, and ensuring a consistent, high-quality learner experience in line with the agreed L&D plan.

Day-to-day, you will:

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Facilitate leadership and capability development sessions across KL GOC — face-to-face, virtual, and blended — to a consistently high standard
  • Bring programmes to life in the room: engaging delivery, reading the audience, and adapting in the moment when needed
  • Manage the full learning calendar — scheduling, communications, materials, and logistics handled end-to-end without being chased
  • Coordinate with ES Business Partners and line managers to ensure smooth participant experience from joining instructions to follow-up
  • Maintain accurate attendance, completion, and training records

Programme Delivery & Learner Experience

  • Talent and learning program implementation supported across KL GOC in line with plans set by the APAC L&D Manager
  • Act as the day-to-day L&D point of contact for KL GOC employees and managers: responsive, reliable, and easy to work with
  • Collect feedback and evaluation data consistently after every session
  • Report on attendance, completion, and participant satisfaction to the APAC L&D Manager on an agreed cadence
  • Surface learner insights and delivery observations to support programme improvement

Continuous Improvement

  • Use feedback and data to continuously raise delivery quality — not just to report, but to act on what the data shows
  • Identify practical improvements to programme content, format, or logistics and recommend them to the APAC L&D Manager
  • Stay current on facilitation best practice and bring fresh approaches to the KL GOC learning experience

APAC Programme Support (as needed)

  • Provide scheduling, logistics, and coordination support for APAC-wide programmes when required
  • Work with the APAC L&D Manager to ensure regional programmes run smoothly from a KL coordination perspective

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  • 4–7 years' experience in L&D, HR, or a training-focused role — with a solid track record of delivering and facilitating programmes
  • Confident, credible facilitator — comfortable in the room with managers and senior audiences, not just junior cohorts
  • Strong programme coordination — manages multiple priorities, logistics, and communications without dropping the ball
  • Reliable and self-managing — knows what needs to be done and gets on with it without needing to be chased
  • Clear communicator — professional and personable with learners, managers, and stakeholders alike
  • Data-oriented — tracks attendance, feedback, and completion consistently and reports with clarity
