Energy Marshal

Praetorian Power Protection, the leader in NETA testing and staff augmentation to the mission-critical industry, is searching for an Energy Marshal for our site in Fargo, ND. We pride ourselves on technical excellence and a safety-first culture that ensures our clients' most vital systems never fail. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Oversee and enforce Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures for all energy sources on site 

• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and commissioning teams to ensure proper de-energization and grounding 

• Conduct pre-work safety reviews and energy hazard assessments for construction and commissioning tasks 

• Serve as the single point of control for re-energization of systems after work is completed and verified 

• Maintain accurate records of all energy isolations, permits, and clearances

What you will bring! 

• Education – (i.e.BS in Engineering) 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center construction, industrial commissioning, or high-voltage electrical environments 

• Familiarity with data center power systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and mechanical systems 

• NFPA 70E Electrical Safety certification (highly preferred) 

• Ability to read and interpret electrical one-line drawings and P&IDs
