Talent Acquisition Lead

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Lead will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions within the healthcare system. TA Lead will achieve talent acquisition through the development of recruiting and selection strategies for sourcing that address the current and future workforce needs at the hospital and regional level. TA Lead will source and screen candidates for assigned job openings, exercise independent judgement and discretion in matching candidates seeking employment with the requirements of the job opening, and coordinate and track interviews with hiring managers.
