Job Description

Animal care includes but not limited to:

-checking patients in/out including obtaining weights, temperature, checking for fleas, cleanup baths and brushin

-feeding and watering pets

-walking canine

-administering medications

-bathing

-charting patient records

Cleaning: kennels and all parts of the building

Assisting doctors, technicians and veterinary assistants:

-holding pets safely

-collecting samples for tests such as uring

-assisting with procedures, taking radiographs and labword

Other duties as assigned.
