Description

Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and optimize Atlassian Cloud systems (Jira, Confluence)
• Manage users, permissions, and access rights 
• Develop and maintain integrations with other enterprise systems
• Analyze and improve processes and workflows
• Ensure system security, stability, and data integrity
• Provide user support, documentation, and training
• Lead Atlassian-related projects and mentor team members

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 4 years of hands-on experience as a Jira Administrator, including Cloud environment
• Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence Cloud configuration, automation, and administration
• Strong understanding of system integration (REST API, webhooks) and security principles
• Experience with Atlassian Marketplace apps and plugins
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• Clear communication and collaboration with both technical and non-technical teams 
• Upper intermediate or higher English level

• Experience with ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud 
• Russian language proficiency
