Every day, 80,000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars.

Could you be the full-time Orchestra KU & Access Management Associate in Bangalore we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and data analytics expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.

You'll play a key role in driving our global Procurement digital transformation. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as regional procurement teams and the GDSS team), ensure seamless execution of vendor data management, and contribute to process improvements—and much more.

You’ll specifically take care of vendor governance and data accuracy, but also support vendor rationalization efforts and KPI reporting.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Conducting monthly governance on Vendor Panel status, EHS/SD Charter availability, and vendor rationalization

  • Creating or modifying vendor data based on requests received via Orchestra

  • Following up with the GDSS team to ensure workflows are completed within SLA

  • Informing the procurement community about next approver details and assisting with follow-ups for necessary approvals

  • Completing necessary extensions of vendors to Plant/Company codes

  • Publishing KPI status in monthly governance meetings and collaborating with procurement teams to achieve regional targets

  • Analyzing unused vendors and working with the procurement community to optimize vendor rationalization

  • Maintaining data accuracy across regions and improving data quality of existing information

  • Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Purchasing, and/or Engineering

  • Relevant experience in procurement processes and data analytics

  • Fluency in English and an international mindset

  • Proficiency in Excel, including Macros

  • Ability to coach, train, and effectively transmit knowledge to others

  • Focus on continuous improvement and efficiency

  • Strong presentation and editorial skills

  • Ability to influence stakeholders

Things you’ll enjoy Join us on a life-long transformative journey – the rail industry is here to stay, so you can grow and develop new skills and experiences throughout your career. You’ll also:

  • Enjoy stability, challenges, and a long-term career free from boring daily routines

  • Work with cutting-edge tools driving digital transformation in procurement

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and supportive colleagues

  • Contribute to innovative projects that shape the future of mobility

  • Utilise our flexible and inclusive working environment

  • Steer your career in whatever direction you choose across functions and countries

  • Benefit from our investment in your development, through award-winning learning opportunities

  • Progress towards roles in procurement leadership or data governance

  • Benefit from a fair and dynamic reward package that recognises your performance and potential, plus comprehensive and competitive social coverage (life, medical, pension)

You don’t need to be a train enthusiast to thrive with us. We guarantee that when you step onto one of our trains with your friends or family, you’ll be proud. If you’re up for the challenge, we’d love to hear from you!
