We are looking for a Quality Engineer with 2+ years of experience to support quality engineering initiatives across eCommerce, Digital, Customer Experience, and Marketing technology platforms.You will be responsible for quality engineering efforts for high-visibility customer-facing applications, ensuring seamless, scalable, and reliable experiences across web, mobile, APIs, personalization engines, promotions, and omni-channel commerce solutions.This role requires close collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Business teams within Agile environments to deliver high-quality and scalable solutions.

A day in the life as a Quality Engineer, MarTech...
Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for software features based on defined acceptance criteria with limited oversight.
Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases and test scripts
Identify, document, and meticulously track software defects through their lifecycle
Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects
Participate in requirement analysis and design reviews to provide a quality perspective
Contribute to the execution of various testing types (e.g., functional, regression, integration, performance)
Actively participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews) and contribute to team discussions focused on continuous quality improvement
Assist in the development and execution of automated tests
Provide clear and concise reports on testing progress and defect status
What you'll bring to the table...
Solid understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing (familiarity with different automation tools is a plus)
Proficiency in using bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ADO, xRay)
Good understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and agile methodologies
Basic programming/scripting skills (e.g., Java, JavaScript, dotNet ) for test automation
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright )
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a quality engineering or software testing role
Experience working in agile development environments
Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
