Job Description

· Coordinate and oversee routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.)

· Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related requests and issues

· Liaise with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely and quality service delivery

· Maintain records of maintenance schedules, work orders, and service contracts

· Conduct regular facility inspections to identify and resolve potential issues

· Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations

· Support office moves, space planning, and workplace setup

· Monitor inventory of facility supplies and place orders as needed

· Assist in managing facility budgets and tracking expenses

· Respond to emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions

This job posting is for an existing vacancy. The total cash compensation range for this position is expected to be:

$20.50 - $30.59
