Experienced (relevant combo of work and education)As a Program Manager Principal, you will lead the delivery of large-scale, complex programs that are critical to business and client outcomes. You will define program strategy, ensure alignment across multiple projects, and drive execution with full accountability for scope, schedule, budget, and quality. You will operate with significant autonomy, influencing senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams. Success is measured by delivering measurable business value, managing risk effectively, and achieving strategic objectives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex programs aligned to strategic business goals
• Define program scope, objectives, governance, and success metrics across multiple initiatives
• Align cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and client stakeholders
• Develop and manage integrated program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, dependencies, and issues across program workstreams
• Drive stakeholder communication, including executive reporting and client-facing updates
• Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, regulatory requirements, and organizational standards
• Oversee program financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization
• Mentor project managers and teams; promote best practices in program and project management
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance delivery quality, efficiency, and outcomes
• Demonstrated expertise managing large-scale, high-complexity programs in financial services or technology
• Advanced knowledge of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid)
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills across global organizations
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial forecasts, and commercial program performance
• Experience leading cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
• Extensive experience delivering programs with high visibility, risk, and strategic impact
• Experience in capital markets, banking, payments, or fintech domains
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, or Agile certifications
• Experience implementing enterprise technology transformations or digital initiatives
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks within financial services
• Experience with program management tools and data-driven reporting platforms
